Vlad is a principal at Nicholas Lawyers. Vlad graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from QUT,  holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Banking, Finance and Risk Management.

Graham Morrison is a senior associate with Nicholas Lawyers and heads up their Wills and Estate Legal Team.

Graham was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 1989. He operated his own legal practice for a period of 25 years before taking up various legal roles before commencing to work with Nicholas Lawyers.

With extensive experience in Estate Planning (Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives) and Estate Administration he is passionate about delivering advice and solutions for clients in these areas of law.

He has had the carriage of numerous Estate Administration matters including making Applications for Probate, Letters of Administration and in considering the implications of Family Provision Applications. He is highly skilled at giving Estate Planning advice and drafting Wills and associated documentation.

With a history and background in various areas of law including commercial and business law, residential and investment conveyancing and family law property disputes Graham has significant knowledge across many legal areas which allow him to consider a wide range of legal issues relating to estate planning.

Graham has successfully negotiated and mediated numerous challenging matters on behalf of clients as well as appearing on their behalf before various courts having jurisdiction in a range of different legal areas.

With a proven history in dealing with Estate Planning and Administration of Estates and with skills in Commercial Law and Trusts he is focussed on client’s expectations, positive outcomes and provision of advice and technical expertise to meet client expectation in the provision of client centred results.

Graham has had significant involvement in community activities and was actively involved as the inaugural President / Founding Board member of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the Wesley Mission (Ipswich).
